Real answers
cost real time.
And a real
conversation.
We do not publish a menu of tiers, because bodies are not a menu. Understanding yours starts with a conversation, and pricing follows the shape of what your body actually needs.
Three things shape the cost of understanding your body.
-
01 / Depth
How deep the assessment runs
An honest workup can range from a targeted panel to a comprehensive biomarker map covering hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and cellular signals. The depth is scoped to the questions your body is actually asking, not a template.
-
02 / Duration
How long we walk alongside you
Meaningful change to hormone health, longevity, or performance is a months-and-years project, not a six-week challenge. Engagements are shaped around the arc your goals actually require, with continuous monitoring built in.
-
03 / Specificity
How personalized the program becomes
The more we tailor to your biology, your context and your goals, the more the work involves. Longevity, hormone rebalancing, and performance optimization each carry their own protocols, and combinations of them scale accordingly.
Why there is no price list on this page.
Every health company on the internet has a three-column pricing table. Bronze, silver, gold. Sometimes the gold one has a little star on it. We looked at that convention and decided it was, respectfully, ridiculous.
A person walking in with quiet fatigue and a slowly changing body composition needs a different program than a person walking in wanting to sustain elite performance into their sixties. Charging them the same monthly fee to see the same fifteen minute video call would be tidy. It would also be pretend medicine.
We would rather be honest about what your program will cost than tidy about what our website looks like. That means a real conversation about what you want to understand, what depth of assessment that actually requires, and how long we would expect to walk alongside you. A quote follows that conversation, not the other way around.
Questions we get before the first conversation.
Honest answers to the practical questions people usually ask us before scheduling an initial consultation. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below.
What does a program actually include?
How long before I see results?
Do you offer single-session consultations?
How do I get a quote?
What if I want to stop the program?
Priced honestly. Explained clearly. Walked patiently.
That is the shape of what you are paying for. It is also the shape of what we do.
Start with a conversation, not a checkout.
Tell us what your body has been telling you. We will listen first, ask the questions that actually matter, and follow up with a written scope and quote you can think about without pressure.
